Job DescriptionOur client is based in Alton, Hampshire and due to a particularly busy time they require additional support within their finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager the main responsibilities will be - 1.Managing generic email boxes, printing invoices, replying to customer & supplier queries 2.Filing invoices 3.Opening and distributing post 4.Accounts Payable a.Code, check & enter supplier invoices b.Reconcile supplier statements c.Send remittances 5.Accounts Receivable a.Send out invoices b.Chasing outstanding debts The ideal candidate must be available to start immediately and have pervious office or finance experience. You will have very good IT and excel skills along with strong written communication skills. The business offers a good working environment and could become permanent in the future.
