1st Line Support Analyst

Inspire Resourcing are thrilled to be recruiting for a 1st Line Support analyst position within a Chesterfield-based IT company.

This is a rare opportunity for those who have a genuine desire for a career in IT.

Duties to include:

* handling incoming calls

* logging & tracking incidents internally

* raising tickets with external IT teams

* customer service

* general administration duties, filing, photocopying etc

* after training diagnosing faults and or resolving issues prior to escalating to 2nd line if possible

* opportunities to work directly alongside other department leads from operations, business analyst, testers and development allowing continual development of a successful candidate and progress within the business.

* have a genuine desire to work in IT with some basic knowledge of software and hardware

* have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers

* be looking for a role with training and professional development

* have the ability to absorb lots of information and use this to support your development in the role

* be looking for a Permanent role
