IT Helpdesk/Customer Service Support Technician
Based in Dartford
Available immediately

My client has an immediate vacancy for an IT Helpdesk/Customer Service Support role. Candiates will have some exposure to IT support/helpdesk or Customer Service support but full training will be given by the company. This is an entry level role but previous exposure to Desktop support/Windows/Devices would be desirable but not essential. The company is looking for candidates that are excited about technology and who possesses excellent customer service/troubleshooting skills.

Duties include:
Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support over the phone and email
Assist all users with technical and product support
Open a support case and take ownership of issues
Escalate support cases promptly within set SLA's
Use SAP to find products, determine serial numbers etc
Herlp set up and maintain equipment used in the meeting rooms for presentations

Required skills of the First Level/IT support role:

Experience in problem solving
Ability to handle clients professionally at all times
Excellent computer and communication skills
