Overview

Our client, a leading law firm based in London is seeking a Service Desk Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will report to the Service Delivery Manager and will be a team lead for seven first and second liners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the support team and ensure customer service is delivered in a consistent and professional manner

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and proactively deal with customer concerns

* Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with the senior IT management team

* Analyse support and systems performance and recommend service improvements

* Service reviews with suppliers but be carried out regularly

* Where required, contribute to support incidents by logging, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving support incidents.

* Manage day to day performance

Key Skills

* ITIL Foundation as a minimum, anything higher will be extremely advantageous.

* Professional Services or Law background is desirable but not essential.

* Proven experience in a team lead role
