We are looking for an IT User Technology Support Engineer to join the IT User Technology Team within service delivery. This position will be working on the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on staff workstations. Duties and responsibilities

You will be working on the Windows 10 project delivering the upgrades to end-user devices using the supporting nfrastructure whilst also being responsible for the deployment and installation of the end user hardware such as PCs, printers, laptops, monitors, tablets and peripherals. You will also be expected to manage the problems to resolution including investigating incidents if required. An organised and proactive approach are paramount in this role, as well as the ability to stay calm and level headed under pressure.

Skills and experience

- Experienced in installing software and hardware on a Windows based environment

- Have previous working experience in a relevant role

- Posses excellent troubleshooting skills with an ability to identify issues and present posisble solutions to the team

- Be responsible for the deployment of the end user hardware such as PCs, printers, laptops, screens, tablets and peripherals

- Have the ability to isten to and interpret customer needs

- Work with minimum supervision, be highly self-motivated, organised and focused on service delivery
