A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Employee Incentives & Benefits team of this popular international law firm in London. The firm is highly regarded and known for its friendly and inclusive culture, with lateral hires joining for the long term. The Employment Incentives and Benefits group mainly acts for private companies from start-ups through to exit with an emphasis on the technology and media sectors. The team also acts for a small portfolio of AIM and US-listed companies, working closely with the corporate and employment groups. The group co-ordinates cross-border share plan roll-outs and advises on the incentives aspects of corporate transactions.

The role will include drafting share-based incentive arrangements, advising on employment taxes, management incentives and shareholder taxation as well as share valuations and serving on-going queries from a large portfolio of existing clients. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved in marketing and business development.


The ideal candidate will have experience of handling employee incentives, share plans and tax matters, however, the firm will consider applications from candidates with broader experience in tax, employment, pensions and corporate law. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2PQE Associate to join an Employee Incentives & Benefits team at a popular international law firm in London.
