Digital Content Coordinator
Do you have a passion for web / digital content? Could you coordinate and deliver projects for one of the UK's largest charities?
If so, we're looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the work of the immediate team, from identifying customer needs through monitoring web engagement to managing approvals of website content.
About the role
The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is driving a period of dynamic digital change and growth. To support this, a Digital Content & Experiences Centre of Excellence has been developed to change the impact of digital experiences for BHF customers.
This Centre of Excellence leads strategy, planning and best practice for content and experiences, supporting content leads and creators across the organisation to optimise customer experience and conversion and drive greater impact.
You'll champion the use of our CMS and ensuring the content is aligned to our new brand promise. You'll monitor performance through analytics and heat mapping and will keep the team site up-to-date.
We're looking for a strong administrator with previous experience of providing project support. You'll have knowledge and previous experience of Content Management Systems, ideally Sitecore. With strong communication skills you'll have experience of writing and producing copy for websites and other digital channels and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
You'll be highly organised, able to manage your workload and will be responsible for resolving or fielding content-based Sitecore queries. As a strong team player, you'll be enthusiastic and proactive.
When you work at the BHF, you become a part of medical history. Part of a world leading organisation that has played a role in decades of life saving breakthroughs, from heart transplants and pacemakers to stents and clot busting drugs. And we're not about to stop any time soon. We are here to beat heartbreak forever. To stop heart and circulatory diseases devastating families. And if you want to help us get there sooner, you could be the Senior Display Executive we need.
At BHF we actively support our people in their career development and achieving their potential. You'll benefit from access to comprehensive learning and development as well as informal expert mentoring and coaching opportunities.
The role is based at Greater London House, moments from Camden Town and involves some travel to BHF events and third-party activities. We enthusiastically support flexible working and positive, active lifestyles.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
