Agile Working Options Other Agile Working Arrangements / Open to Discussion Job Description Summary Deliver a first class end to end lending customer journey, effectively manage client cases across various work streams with and a full detailed understanding of multiple security types and tasks, evidencing a proven competency and ensuring the correct use of legal documentation. Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential in ensure as well as direct liaison with Relationship Managers and solicitors both oral and written to ensure delivery against client and business needs enabling the cost effective running of our business. Job Description • Management of a variety of SME/RBB security types through both personal case management and with the ability to support the team workflow, using your own judgement as to when cases require escalation. • Support the delivery against client centric measures through the accurate reporting of core data. • Drive your own up skilling to achieve competencies relevant to your work stream in line with the current matrix. • Deliver a first class end to end lending customer journey by understand current business priorities and plan daily/weekly deliverables to meet client and business needs to enable the cost effective running of our business. • Support the reduction of Right First Time by recognising inconsistencies with requests from the network and react to mitigate possible delays for the client. • Daily liaison with Relationship Managers and solicitors to ensure a swift delivery for the client, excellent knowledge of policies and procedures will be required to support communication. • Ensure personal adherence to relevant risk policies and frameworks and identify, escalate and mitigate emerging risks as appropriate. • Utilise the support of Senior Case handlers and Team Managers where a case may be deemed complex • Demonstrate core Lloyds Banking Group values and behaviours as an active team member, keeping things simple, putting the customer first and making a difference together.
