My client are the leader in an exciting drinks category, managing a wide portfolio of branded beers, wines, spirits and mixers. One of their most exciting sub-categories is home to three core brands, experiencing growth and steady consumer interest. Due to positive company changes, the company are relocating to Newbury and looking to recruit the exciting job of Brand Manager for a vibrant portfolio.
Your new role
As Brand Manager your job will be responsible for the full end-to-end management of branded campaigns to promote your products both on and off trade. Based on full evaluation of historic activity and brand performance, you will develop and implement compelling plans to continue the momentum and drive growth of the brand, whilst championing the consumer and shopper to ensure needs are met and opportunities are identified.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for applicants with proven experience in Brand Management, either as an Assistant Brand Manager or within Brand Marketing teams, and a background in consumer goods/FMCG. You will be comfortable creating brand plans as well as working with a range of people and resources to execute best-in-class actions. You will utilise your experience in multi-channel communications platforms, including digital, along with your excellent presentation, budget-management, project-management and communications skills. You will be a hands-on individual, comfortable managing all elements of your own workload.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £33000 and £36000, plus a benefits package including bonus, on-site parking, healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, and a car allowance.
