Job DescriptionNew Build Housing Site Manager Our client a well-established and respected Building and Refurbishment company based in Leeds, are looking to add an experienced Site Manager, working within the New Build Residential Sector. The initial site is a 6-month contract based in Leeds, therefore previous experience of managing new build housing contracts is essential. Heading up a small team on site, you will be tasked with: Ensuring Health and Safety policies are adhered to and up to date * Oversee operations on a day to day basis * Deal with in-house and sub contract labour on site * Have client and in-house management update meetings * Ensure the project is handed over on time, to the correct quality and within budget You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a new build site manager and have 2 years' experience as working as an assistant, must be able to work to NHBC Standards and have a proven track record of delivering quality, achieving targets and working to a program. Must possess SMSTS, Black CSCS Card, First Aid and computer literate. In return is the opportunity to join a growing, reputable building company, with a generous basic salary.
