Social Worker- Child Protection and Safeguarding
Job DescriptionWe are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker within a Children's Safeguarding Team within the Social Care Industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team within Swindon City Council. Main duties include: * Producing Court Reports * Attending LAC Reviews, Care Conferences and Child Protection Meetings * Working with Public Law Outline (PLO) * Section 47 Assessments * Core Assessments * Managing a varied caseload including; Child Protection, Looked After Children and Complex Children in Need To be successful: For this role you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with a HCPC Registration and educated to a Social Work Degree Level. The client requests that the worker will have significant Court Experience and can work with a full caseload. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience within a Children's Safeguarding or Child Protection Team.
