Are you somebody really special with a track record of experience? Do you want to join a local manufacturing company in an important administrative role? Do you enjoy working under pressure and get satisfaction from seeing your efforts bear fruit?

We are a small but well established and successful manufacturer of filtration equipment. Our current office manager has been with us a number of years, and is now looking to reduce to 3 days each week. Would you like to take on that position and join our other 9 or 10 employees?

Key skills must be the ability to handle a busy office and its systems, and to occasionally sail serenely through choppy waters with a good sense of humour. Knowledge of the usual Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required, together with Sage software. The position requires close liaison with our numerous customers and suppliers, so knowledge and experience of purchasing systems will be important.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, but based around £10.00 / hr.

Hours: For the right person, we can be flexible over start and finish times, and also the number of days each week, within reason.

Holidays: For a full time position, we offer 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays. This will be pro-rata for part time, and also the final start date. Holiday dates already booked will be honoured of course.

There is no public transport to our local address, so you must have your own transport.
