This is an opportunity to join a leading online E-Commerce retailer in the automotive products market. They are an independent, profitable, privately owned business with a multi-million pound turnover and over 15 full time employees. They are looking to recruit an experienced customer service advisor to join their busy team in West Cumbria.

You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and be a confident and experienced call handler capable of effectively resolving customer issues. The right person for this role is someone who is flexible, a good communicator and who can work under pressure to tight deadlines. There will be some manual handling requirement in this role so you will need to be physically fit and capable of intervening to assist the warehouse operation when required.

Your duties will include:

- Effectively handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Liaising with logistics providers to resolve issues and to ensure that performance targets are met.
- Investigating and processing customer claims.
- Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure the timely production of picking sheets.
- Checking and processing goods inwards notes.


- Good numeracy and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive products would be an advantage.
- IT literate with experience of using computer warehouse/courier systems.
- A full manual car driving license and own transport.

You will receive benefits including a non contributory health scheme, Company bonus scheme, Pension scheme and staff discounts. This is a Full Time 40 hours per week position An annual pay increase is pending for this position.
