The North Lincolnshire IAPT service is looking to recruit 1 permanent qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
We are looking for individuals who have the energy, enthusiasm and skills to join in our multi-disciplinary team who are committed to making a difference within the North Lincolnshire Community. Staff enjoy a level of responsibility and autonomy as well as opportunities to develop and progress within a positive team environment and we are looking for candidates who could add to this. We have various staff champions within the team and pride ourselves on staff wellbeing and development.
The post holder will work within primary care settings alongside other Primary Care Mental Health Professionals providing a clinical service to people experiencing common mental health problems undertaking mental health assessments and providing brief psychological interventions in line with the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidance. Applicants will need to demonstrate a willingness and ability to work within a defined time scale of 6-8 sessions to meet the needs of Primary Care. The work will involve face to face, telephone, CBT and presenting/facilitating psycho-educational groups and workshops to service users.
