Payroll Supervisor

Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 plus Pension, Holiday, Free Parking

Near Tetbury

We are excited to be working with a luxury brand in the hospitality sector that are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join the team and manage the payroll function and maintain payroll data.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the payroll function, ensuring all payrolls are compliant
Collate and input all data for the month and run the payrolls for multiple sites
Prepare figures for payment to the Inland Revenue within given deadlines
Train staff when required in using electronic timesheets
Preparing leavers documents
Maintain monthly costing spreadsheets
Updating Sage Payroll and running reports
Monitoring holidays and absences using Sage
Monthly payment of business mileage
Any other ad hoc duties

Knowledge and experience required:

Previous Payroll is a MUST
Experience using Sage payroll
Excellent IT and administration skills
Good communication both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multi-task whilst keeping excellent attention to detail
