On Behalf of our client, Retail and Contract Dealer in the UK and Eire Market, specialising in Designer Furniture, Lighting and Accessories; In Job UK & Ireland are looking for

COUNTRY MANAGER UK & EIRE

You will be responsible for promoting our clients and A&D all over the UK and Eire, as well as being accountable for our clients Distribution to holding Channel upon request from Clients Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

* Managing and optimizing the performance of the Showroom and the staff, in terms of sales revenues, cost optimization and display.

* Building and managing a trustworthy and optimized retail and contract-oriented distribution network in the UK & Eire. This will include selecting Clients dealers, highlighted by Clients Sales Representatives as interested and valuable potential partners.

* Supporting Clients Global/Local Accounts for our clients enquiries all over the UK & Eire.

* Establish significant client base and develop strong client relationships, also with existing Client Key Accounts.

* Increasing the professional network of architects and interior designers able to specify the products for both contract and residential projects.

* Supporting network of contract & retail dealers, including training, consulting, acquisition, project support and after-sales.

* Contributing in full alignment with the Company’s guidelines to definition of business plan and strategy of the UK & Eire Distribution (pricing, advertisement, promotions product assortment, competitors benchmarking).

* Being accountable to properly manage projects pipeline and CRM related activities to maximize conversion rate and grow contract & retail opportunities.

* Reaching yearly and business plan revenues and profitability targets for the UK & Eire Market and the assigned clients.

* Support local implementation of campaigns, fairs and roadshows.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Design or Architecture preferred);

* At least 3-5 years’ experience in high-end furniture sales;

* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Excellent English (written and spoken)

* Self-motivated and self-directional;

* Interior design savvy;

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- verbal and written;

* Organizational & problem solving skills;

* Excellent customer relations skills;

* Ability to manage time and prioritize work;

* Oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals;

* Ability to work independently and under pressure;

* Possess entrepreneurial spirit with the highest level of integrity.

We Offer:

* 40-50K Basic Annual Salary - Depending on Experience;

* Plus Bonus.
