An exciting and challenging role has been created to work within our services to improve quality, health & safety and compliance. Using improvement approaches based on person centred thinking, you will support the organisation to deliver better outcomes for the people we support.

The core location for the role will be the Midlands. Based in our Birmingham or Coventry offices. At times the role will require work in other divisions across England.

Reporting to the Director of England, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality audits are carried out in line with National Standards to ensure our services are compliant. You will work closely with our Service Managers to ensure that compliance actions are in place, monitored and managed through to completion.

This role requires someone who can embed the Organisational Values of Respect, Honesty, Responsibility and Achieving Excellence in everything you do.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant subject (desirable) and hold an appropriate quality/improvement or health and safety qualification or certificate or commit to achieving this within 12 months of appointment.
