We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR team of a well-established business in Brighton.

As an Employee Relations Advisor you will give vital support (total headcount 600) and framework to people managers, providing them with the skills and confidence they need to take accountability and manage their teams effectively. Working within a busy UK Contact Centre this is a fast paced and rewarding opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within Employee Relations.

You will be responsible for the effective management of ER cases supporting outcomes which are aligned to the company’s Culture & Values. This will include but not limited to disciplinary, grievances, investigations, appeals and capability procedures.
Supporting broader ER activity including restructuring and policy development.
Effective relationship management and partnering with Occupational Health to deliver an effective well-being strategy.
Providing coaching, support and professional development for people managers.
Effective HR Risk Management
Reporting, analytics and people insights

You will need to have sound knowledge of Employment law and HR best practice. HR experience in a contact centre environment would be ideal, or if not a similar environment. We are looking for someone who has dedicated experience managing employee relations cases / issues rather than a Generalist with some exposure to ER.
