Main responsibilitiesSupport the Business Development Manager with various data management and data analytical activities that drive business development effectiveness Support the broader Business Development team with relevant research into industry news and new contacts, relevant to a specific community that drives their lead generation activity Understand the Sales processes and how we, in Business Development, use data on our CRM system to manage the Lead process through to qualified Opportunities Work with Marketing and be responsible for smooth handover of event data from Marketing actvitiy into Business Development Engage with the Sales team to share information relevant to their community Provde basic admin cover for our Sales Operations Manager
To support you in being successful in your role you will be given relevant product training as well as in-depth training on the CRM system we use to run our sales organsation and the processes which manage effectiveness of our activity. Through engagement with key stakeholder teams such as Marketing, you will gain exposure into the operations that drive a Sale, from source of a Contact through to the management and qualification of Leads into Sales Opportunities.

Desired qualification3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grades D or above You must not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm (37.5hrs per week)
£14,000 per annum
