Pay Spine: MPS/UPS (depending on experience and qualifications) + TLR 2B + Outer London Fringe

We are working with a committed welcoming, secondary School who are seeking to appoint a hardworking Deputy Director of Learning for Maths to support the Director of Learning in providing leadership, innovation and direction to the Maths department.

The Role:

* To inspire young people to learn, contribute and thoroughly enjoy school life whilst raising attainment, achievement and progress within the subject.

* To have the ability to be able to help guide and support other members of the dept.

* Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Be extremely focused, driven and willing to contribute to the wide and varied extra-curricular programme offered at the school.

This is a great opportunity for an energetic, ambitious teacher with excellent subject knowledge aspiring to develop their leadership career, to be recognised and supported whilst aiding and contributing to the running of the department.
