This is a new role, you will be directly responsible for the support and administration for the sales manager.

- Supporting the sales team with projects and tasks.
- Completing and updating weekly sales reports
- Updating CRM with pipeline and client data.
- Daily email and diary management.
- Preparing proposals and chasing up to ensure receipt and interest.
- Co-ordinating sales tasks and projects
- Working with the marketing team to design sales material
- Building relationships with our suppliers and clients.
- Taking calls from prospective clients, ensuring a quick responses.

Skills and Experience:

- Someone who thinks creatively and can find ways of doing things not just differently but better.
- A proven ability managing high volume and changing priorities - great multi tasker with a zest for driving projects forward
- Previous administration and/or sales support experience
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for delivering first class work.
- Influential written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for people.
- Driven/accountable personality - happy to take on this challenge and make a difference.
