An excellent opportunity for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join an innovative blue chip organisation based in Reading

Client Details

My client is a household name based in Reading


The CRM Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities;

* Work with stakeholders to agree commercial requirements and brief agencies and internal teams

* Develop effective customer contact strategy to achieve most effective ROI

* Manages the project delivery of marketing campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

* Lead creative delivery of customer communications ensuring creativity, distinctiveness, and consistency with the brand positioning

* Measure ROI of campaigns ensuring a continual test and learn approach

* Lead integrated campaigns ensuring consistency of execution and measurement across multiple channels

* Manage 1 or 2 Marketing Execs


The successful CRM marketing Manager should have the following skillset;

* A demonstrable understanding of operating in a commercial business either for a blue chip company or CRM agency

* Ability to drive clear and measurable ROI

* Strong CRM experience leading CRM campaigns either in a blue chip company or CRM agency

* Good technical knowledge of CRM and data planning

* A strong grasp of performance analytics.

* Good knowledge of customer segmentation, strategies, tools and approaches.

* Good stakeholder management to influence cross-functional partners

* A tenacious communications professional, with a desire to effect a measurable ROI

* Customer-focussed

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be offered an initial day rate of between £180pd-£230pd with a potential opportunity to go permanent.
