Looking to build a career in IT Support? Maybe you’re a Junior IT Support Technician looking to take the next step?

Working for this growing business you will support over 500 users across multiple sites ensuring that all IT systems are running correctly.

Using a helpdesk ticketing system, you will support users; this could include checking access controls, supporting Office 365, migrating services to the cloud or ensuring that Active Directory is created for all new starters.

You will ensure all hardware is connected to networks; whilst also supporting servers and networking equipment.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of supporting Windows 7 & 10, be comfortable with Windows servers, exchange and SharePoint. Experience of Active Directory, Group Policy and supporting IT hardware is also beneficial. In exchange you’ll work in a small supportive team who are able to help you develop your skills and experience.

Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire (commutable from Stroud, Gloucester, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Bristol and surrounding areas)

Salary: up to £25k

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm (no shift pattern)

You may have had experience or an interest in the following: IT Support, Service Desk Technician, Helpdesk, 1st Line Support, Helpdesk Technician, Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Retail Technical Support, SaaS, etc.
