Robert Half are partnering with a leading FMCG business in Birmingham no a newly created Finance Manager appointment. This is an integral role, ensuring robust planning and reporting systems as well as driving continual improvement, bringing both efficiency and value to the business.

The Role:
  • Produce, distribute and maintain key reporting frames-work
  • Understand financial reporting
  • Drive improvement
  • Reporting governance and ensure consistency
  • Create greater standardisation of reporting
  • Deliver high level analysis and data interpretations
  • Drive report improvements
  • Improve robustness of financial planning
  • Controls processes improvement
  • Resolve any system issues
  • Continuously reviewing the planning and reporting systems
  • Data management
  • Lead forecasting & budget processes
  • Support FP&A team

Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Good understanding of processes
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Modelling of large data sets
  • Problem solving skills
  • Working closely with non-finance functions
  • Experience of finance planning
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Broad commercial finance experience


Salary banding between £45,000 & £55,000 + competitive surrounding package.
