Robert Half are partnering exclusively with a thriving and progressive company they are looking to recruit an accomplished and proactive Credit Controller to join their business on a temporary to permanent basis. This role has been created through year on year growth.

Role: Credit Controller

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: Central Bristol

Reporting into the Credit Control Manager you will assume full responsibility for the Credit Control and Sales Ledger for the organisation:
  • Monitors overdue payments by use of the Sales Ledger
  • Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records
  • Works with a minimum of supervision on collection of overdue customer accounts and national/key account
  • Chase payments via phone, fax and email
  • Undertake monthly ledger reconciliations, and compiles documentation for legal action
  • Other ad-hoc associated duties
  • Resolving customer queries and disputes

To be considered you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Strong experience in Credit Control / Sales Ledger
  • Must be well organised and able to prioritise workloads accordingly
  • Good IT skills (MS Office range)
  • Confident telephone manner
