Residential Conveyancer - Hampshire
Our Client is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join one of their multiple offices and deal with a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. The successful Residential Conveyancer should be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of five years experience handling a Residential Conveyancing caseload using a case management system. The appointed Conveyancer will be picking up an existing caseload and should have an organised approach to managing a full workload with attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work to deadlines.
THE RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER:
The successful Residential Conveyancer should have a solid background within residential property in a respected practice, you will have a minimum of 5 years PQE dealing with all types of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will be looking for a friendly and supportive work environment to really develop your career, excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work are a pre-requisite for this role.
