Commercial Insurance Renewals Customer Service Adviser

Our Insurance client who deal with the Commercial insurance Sector are looking for a Commercial Insurance Renewals Customer Service Adviser to work in the Insurance Renewals Team Department is a small team of eight Insurance consultants and is successful, proactive and forward thinking in a modern office environment.

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-3 years insurance experience who wants to develop their career. Initially the role will involve assisting the other team members and contacting clients, brokers and insurers by telephone and email but may lead to the successful candidate handling their own renewals.

The role will include: -

* Provide administrative support to renewal executives

* Be familiar with word/excel and able to input data in to systems

* Be competent on the telephone dealing with providers, brokers & clients

* Work within a team to targets set

Required

* Previous insurance experience is required, ideally commercial insurance.

* Holding a CII qualification preferred
