This company is currently seeking an Administration / Customer Services Assistant to join their team. This Role will act as a general assistant within the office, providing support to a number of colleagues, mainly providing a Customer Service, Administration and data input function.

The role will be based in their modern Head Office in Swinton, Manchester, they aim to encourage engagement and productivity within their staff by making their offices a vibrant space, natural light, empowering quotations and table tennis as part of their design. They have free and ample onsite parking and are just a 5 minute walk from the Train Station.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Data input
- Chasing shipments
- Producing product specification sheets
- Creating product codes
- Raising purchase orders
- Emailing PO's to suppliers
- Checking of Sales Confirmation invoices against PO's raised
- Chasing images from suppliers
- Assisting in the production of artwork briefs
- Photographing samples
- Sending of samples to customers and suppliers
- Filling, Sending emails to suppliers
- Serving refreshments
- Tidying samples and the office
- Uploading documents for approval and generally providing admin support to the Head Buyer and other members of your team.
- Being able to multitask whilst prioritising workloads.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ad Hoc administration duties

Personal Specification

This company is looking for an efficient candidate who has good telephone skills and Customer Relations. They will need to be accurate, articulate and able to pick up new skills quickly.
