Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a temporary Bookkeeper using Xero to work for a start up FMCG company based in Central London for 1-2 months.
Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a stand alone position that requires someone to hit the ground running. The duties will include:
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Credit control - chasing debtors, allocating cash on Xero, customer queries
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
- Accounts Payable
- Draft VAT returns
- Maintenance of accruals/prepayments
- Assistance with year end audit/accounts prep
- Using Xero
The successful candidate will have previous Xero experience and be able to hit the ground running with little supervision. Good excel is also essential for this role.
