Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a temporary Bookkeeper using Xero to work for a start up FMCG company based in Central London for 1-2 months.

Role

Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a stand alone position that requires someone to hit the ground running. The duties will include:
  • Weekly bank reconciliation
  • Credit control - chasing debtors, allocating cash on Xero, customer queries
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
  • Accounts Payable
  • Draft VAT returns
  • Maintenance of accruals/prepayments
  • Assistance with year end audit/accounts prep
  • Using Xero


Profile

The successful candidate will have previous Xero experience and be able to hit the ground running with little supervision. Good excel is also essential for this role.
