Teacher of Physics
Suitable for an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge, or a teacher beginning his or her career, Cheltenham College seeks to appoint a teacher with a strong degree in Physics or a related discipline. From September 2019, the teacher will be required to teach Physics across the full ability and age ranges in a successful and thriving department.
The department will provide the requisite support for an NQT, and College has its own comprehensive staff induction program
The Physics Department is forward-looking and dynamic, with an excellent academic record over many years. The successful candidate will be able to stretch the highest attaining pupils, (including to Oxbridge level), whilst also being able to use a range of strategies to teach across the ability range.
The College has its own salary scale, and applicants will wish to contribute to College’s rich co-curricular programme.
