Maintenance Support Coordinator

Job Purpose: To monitor AV contracts, provide maintenance support for engineers and maintain Gold Stock Levels
Reporting to: Co-Ordination Manager
Hours: 09:00am – 17:30pm includes 1 hour lunch break

Key Duties:

* General In House Maintenance IT first line Support

* Providing first class helpdesk and customer service support to clients requiring maintenance assistance

* Managing a high volume of calls from clients on a daily basis and establishing nature of client’s requirements

* Produce weekly service reports

* Retail Gold Stock – Maintenance RMA’s (RMA forms & faulty equipment).

* Monitor Maintenance store room for stock.

* Stock reporting

* Arranging/testing/programming equipment before delivery to site or collection from engineers.

* Inputting details of caller requirements on computer system and allocating job to be completed to team of Engineers

* Maintaining the computerised client database and updating with details of client activity on a daily basis

* Archiving paper work – Installations, kit outs, call outs, consignment notes etc.

* Tracking the progress of ongoing jobs from investigation stage through to successful completion

* General Office Duties as required.


* Strong IT Skills/Technical knowledge to include VC experience

* Knowledge of IP addresses

* Accurate administration skills

* Excellent organisational skills

* Able to work to deadlines.

* Experienced using Microsoft Excel

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Must have a keen eye for detail.

* Willing to learn and develop.

* Polite, confident and professional telephone manner

* Able to work as part of a team, or if required, under your own initiative
