My client a successful organisation who are in a rapid period of growth is looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant. You will work within a small team and report directly into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

Duties will involve:

* Purchase ledger input

* Preparation of weekly payment runs

* Supplier statement reconciliations

* Processing of ad hoc sales invoices

* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure invoices are authorised

* Assistance with month-end and year-end as required

* General accounts and office admin

* Other reasonable duties or attendance at meetings as required

Criteria:

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good problem solving skills

* Good Excel skills

* Sage 200 is desirable but not essential

Remuneration package:

* Hours 9.00am -5.30pm or 8.30am-5.00pm

* Pension

* Health care

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

* Leeds City Centre
