My client based close to Swindon, Wiltshire is looking for a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join their expanding marketing team!

c£40,000 Based in Swindon

My client is a very ambitious software focused technology business recognise the important of digital marketing and how it can work hand in hand with new Cloud focused technology to transform the power and possibilities of marketing. Working within a young and hard-working team you will be taking the lead in creating and running large and complex digital marketing campaigns. Working for and directly into the Head of Marketing you will be tasked with ensuring all things digital go through you. From conception to execution you will lead the digital strategy, taking responsibility for developing, implementing, tracking and optimising digital campaigns.

You will lead on the creation of customer facing communications with an emphasis on building and enhancing our reach on our all social platforms. You will have previous experience working within a digital marketing role, ideally with experience of working with customers and for a technology focused organisation. Creativity and the ability to do new things is one of the key things for this role. In brief you will be doing the following;

Conceive & deliver innovative, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive genuine business outcomes

* Utilise a variety of analytical tools to provide in-depth reporting on campaign success rates and to drive continual campaign improvement measures

* Work with the Head of Marketing to align campaigns with the overall Marketing strategy

* Collaborate closely with the Platform team to take advantage of the most up-to-date interfaces (including landing pages) and drive maximum success

* Proactively continue your own professional growth and seek out new technologies & campaign methodologies to remain ahead of the curve

* Engage at a senior level with clients, partners and suppliers to build & develop strong relationships with a view to delivering increasingly effective campaigns

* Co-ordinate digital advertising platforms in line with campaign activities

* Work where appropriate with agencies and third-parties to maximise campaign success

* Execute campaigns within budgetary guidelines

* Maintain strong industry awareness and advise the content production team where necessary on trends

* Support junior team members, where appropriate, with development and growth
