Our client is a rapidly expanding specialist online retail business and due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a full time Accounts Assistant to join their small but busy head office Finance Team.

This is a highly varied role where your duties will include:

* Allocating Receipts

* Keying Carriage Charges

* Reconciling Supplier Statements

* Processing Supplier Invoices

* Dealing with Supplier and Customer queries

* Credit control

* Processing and dealing with Yodel claims

* Liaising with all office personnel

* Answering the phone

* Ad hoc duties as required

All training will be given but some basic accounting experience/knowledge would be preferable. You will need to be organised, confident, have excellent communication skills, methodical and although it is important for you to be able to work well within a team, you must also have the ability to prioritise their own workload.
