Customer Service Advisors (French Speaking)

Permanent, Full Time (Mon – Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm plus one Saturday morning per month)

£16k rising to £18,500 per annum after probation plus a small bonus scheme

Our client is a leading financial and customer care outsourcing partner for international, blue-chip companies within the financial services and telecoms sector and pride themselves on offering their clients a bespoke outsourcing service tailored to their needs.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be speaking to customers in your native language, ensuring that every customer you speak to have a fantastic customer service experience.

Role Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with general queries

*

Taking payments and setting up payment plans where appropriate

*

Updating customer accounts

*

Responding to emails in a timely manner

*

Dealing with complaints in a courteous and professional manner

You will need:

*

Previous customers service experience either telephone based or face to face

*

Excellent communication skills in your native language and English both verbal and written

*

Good IT and keyboard skills

These are full time roles working Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8am and 8am. You won’t work every weekend just one Saturday morning per month, 9am to 1pm.
