My client based in Liverpool city centre are expanding again doe to their continued success!

As a result of our growth and development, an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor (Fleet) professional has become available.

The role is to match insurers products with customer requirements through the selling and/or servicing of Fleet insurance policies.
Experience in an insurance advisory or sales environment
Reports to Fleet Manager
Core Activities:
1. To deal with customer sales enquiries and provide a suitable quotation to clients over the telephone and in some cases face to face.
2. Contribute to the overall team sales target and/or objectives through the selling and/or servicing of policies.
3. Assist in the process of inviting, delivering and securing of renewals and contribute to the help achieve the 80% retention target.
4. To ensure all client documentation is issued correctly and internal records kept up to date.
5. Provide the level of customer service required by both the insurer and the company.
6. To be available to provide levels of cover for inbound enquiries at all time, i.e. telephone call handling.
7. To assist where possible in the support of the team and department, i.e. providing administration support.
8. To keep up to date with developments in product and market changes in accordance with current market trends and also scheme facilities.
9. Processing mid-term adjustments, inviting, negotiating and renewing policies.
10. Deliver and secure renewals.
Skills:

Knowledge:
1. Principles of Insurance
2. Understanding of relevant insurance products
3. Understanding of key product features
