Customer Services Executive – South West London - £20,000 (OTE £23k) plus excellent benefits

A Customer Service Executive is required by a leading luxury ski tour operator. The successful candidate should be highly motivated, organised and have a passion for the Ski and travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, grammar and spelling, be self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.

The key responsibilities for Customer Services Executive are:

Responsible for every aspect of the booking process once confirmed by the guest
Ensuring the booking process is complete by editing invoices using the company’s reservations system
Amending invoices to add extras or make changes to bookings at guest requests
Be a point of contact & knowledge for all products via email and telephone for guests
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
Reacting and solving any guest queries or issues
Up-sale of all extras such as ski hire, ski lessons and insurance

The key skills required for Customer Services Executive are:

Strong organisational skills & excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
Clear verbal and written communicator with a high standard of English grammar and spelling
Be a natural relationship builder
Have a passion for Winter sports and activity holidays!
Strong IT skills including the full Microsoft Office Suite
