Are you an experienced Quality and Process Manager? Do you have experience of overseeing Quality Standards within Education and Training?

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Quality and Process Manager working for a highly reputable training provider. Responsible for examining the effectiveness of quality and ensure quality standards and inspections provide successful outcomes to maintain business. The overall objective of the role is to improve the quality throughout the organisation through analysis, leading to improved efficiency and reliable data. The role will involve working closely with the Delivery and Sales Teams.

Quality and Process Manager Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Lead on all external quality inspections ensuring all involved are prepared and confident

* Liaise with SVs and other external quality assurance personnel

* Ensure all quality standards that are contractually required are achieved and processes embedded into day to day practices including Matrix, IIP and ISO standards

* Implement research and review customer feedback to make informed decisions

* Set customer service standards and embed in learner journey procedures

* Work with all staff and departments to establish procedures, standards and systems that maximise both quality and productivity

* Regularly review and update learner journey processes and expectations ensuring all staff are following best practice guidelines

* Write management reports and customer charters. Act as a catalyst for change and improvement for all areas

* Carry out quality observations to ensure compliance and consistency standardising practice

* Embed the Welsh Language in all activities within Wales

* Research and report on technologies to support quality improvement

* Implement action plans for change taking ownership for successful completion

* Ensure a robust internal quality assurance system is developed and followed by all staff to comply with external quality requirements

* Coordinate all internal standardisation meetings leading those for the IQA team

* Ensure all documentation is readily accessible for inspection purposes

* Provide updates to the management team and director on updates, developments and quality issues

* Undertake internal quality audits. Plan and implement changes relating to quality procedures and expectations

* To liaise with the management team to provide full feedback by the way of reports

* To implement action plans based on recommendation and ensure these are carried out

* To ensure continuous improvement in the audit process

* To gain feedback from delivery managers on developments which may impact on quality processes

* Develop appropriate reports to support the feedback from each external visit, identifying areas of strength and areas for development

* Continually seek to improve current processes and develop process improvement recommendations

* Prepare reports, material and status updates for project based work

* Effectively present reports and updates to multiple stakeholders in the business

* To performance manage team members and ensure that development plans are in place and understood

Quality and Process Manager Applicants:

* Must demonstrate an innovative and solutions driven approach

* Experience in managing/participating in projects

* Good presentation and strong analytical skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Results driven

* Has the ability to seek solutions to any problems/issues that arise by drawing on their knowledge and experience

* Has excellent organisational and time management skills

Candidates must hold a Full UK Licence and own transport as travel is required in the role
