Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Finance/Administrator based in Middlewich! The main purpose of the role is processing relevant data relating to finance. Providing an effective administration service that supports contract monitoring, contract compliance and general office management.

Responsibilities

Collect and input data accurately and within given deadlines
Provide word-processed documents, reports and data as required
Communicate appropriately with internal and external stakeholders and college staff
Complete office duties as required
Ensure documents are accurate and formatted as required
Manage all Email queries via Outlook
Process bookings and manage all registrations
Take payments
Chase any overdue payments and invoices

Required

Financial Experience - raising invoices, Processing customer receipts, Credit Control
Advanced Excel skills
Experience of working with Sage 50 accounts
Good communication skills, both written & verbal
Accurate with great attention to detail
Ability to work within a team and independently
