Credit Controller - Norwich

Full time, Monday - Friday, 35 hr week

I am delighted to be recruiting for a well-known and highly regarded organisation based central to Norwich who are currently looking for an experienced Sales Ledger clerk / Credit Controller to join their team. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity with some great benefits!

Duties include:

- Maintaining and updating the sales ledger

- Performing credit check and reviewing credit limits

- Dealing with direct debit mandates

- Chasing customers regarding late payment, via telephone and letter

- Preparing monthly and weekly debtor reports

- Dealing with and resolving customer queries

- Allocating payments

- Posting of sales income

Experience required:

- You will have good credit control/sales ledger experience

- You will be a confident communicator and well organised

- You will have good system skills particularly the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
