Active SEN is currently recruiting an experienced and exceptional Primary Lead Teacher for Client in Seaford.

You will have detailed knowledge and understanding of pupils’ National Curriculum and other statutory requirements;

to be able to demonstrate that knowledge and understanding and take account of wider curriculum developments specific for ASC students

(including the school’s aims, objectives, policies and schemes of work).

You will need to identifying clear teaching objectives,

Plan lesson content, structures and sequences to ensure that pupils have the opportunity to meet their fullest potential.

You will set high expectations for support staff both in planning and implementation of learning

Experience in setting realistic yet challenging expectations and targets, making effective use of information about pupils’ prior attainment

Plan meetings with staff, parents and effectively communicate among of all.

The role requires an individual, who is flexible, with strong emotional resilience and skills in reflective practice.

be capable of delivering inspirational and informative lessons to the full age and ability range of pupils at the school P4 – GSCE.

Be adept at producing and sharing teaching resources;

Be an innovative classroom teacher capable of helping to develop a syllabus that brings Mathamatics and English to life for our students;

Be able to demonstrate a positive and authoritative rapport with primary, secondary and sixth form pupils

The role requires an individual, who is flexible, with strong emotional resilience and skills in reflective practice
