Are you an experience finance officer looking for a new role? Do you have experience of working in the housing sector?

Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in North West London who are currently looking to recruit a Rent Finance Officer on an interim basis.

As a Rent Finance Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

* Setting up Direct Debits and reconciling the bank accounts.

* Preparing housing benefit schedule uploads and processing rent refunds.

* Processing housing benefits overpayments invoices and preparing year end statutory accounts.

* Assisting with various project and producing monthly reports.

* Posting income from various sources, carrying out rent adjustment and running rent debits.

* Responding to all incoming queries.

To be considered for the position of Rent Finance Officer, you must have the following:

* Previous experience working as a finance officer within the housing sector.

* Proven experience within rent accounting in housing.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Good analytical and reporting skills.

* Knowledge and experience of Universal Housing and SUN accountancy systems is desirable

* Excellent communication.

* Ability to work well in a high pressured environment and meet tight deadlines.
