Robert Half are working on an exclusive basis with a growing and reputable company in Harlow to recruit a Finance Assistant. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller and working in an established finance team, this role provides an unparalleled exposure to accountancy in a thriving business.

The RoleProcessing in key accounting areas including purchase ledger, sales ledger and expense reportsAssist with bank reconciliations and receipt processingAssist with internal management reporting, while demonstrating professionalism with regards to sensitive informationComplete special projects as needed and as other duties are assignedCompiling and analysing financial informationGeneral admin and other ad hoc duties

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have had experience within a finance function for a minimum of at least 1 yearThey will be flexible and adaptable to work within a fast-paced and busy environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel; some experience in accounting software is a plus (i.e Sage)Ability to multitask and has the flexibility to complete a variety of projectsCapability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Salary and Benefits

£9.00 - £12 (depending on experience) plus competitive benefits
