THE COMPANY: A rare and interesting opportunity to join this niche, privately owned provider of a premium quality range of devices, equipment, training / simulation aids and accredited training courses. They are currently seeking to recruit a driven, autonomous, clinically credible and commercially aware medical sales professional to manage and grow their business within the West Midlands area.

THE ROLE: The successful Account Manager will be managing, growing and winning key relationships with their well-established network of hospitals, universities and training school accounts, typically liaising with critical care nurses, ODPs, anaesthetists, resuscitation and training managers and procurement / purchasing. To be considered for this varied and challenging role, candidates must be experienced and successful medical sales people who are capable of managing and planning a large territory, negotiating where appropriate and also technically capable with regards to taking on board their range of products and services. They have a strong preference for a previous clinical background and candidates must be prepared to stay away if required. Full training will be provided and a truly interesting and rewarding role awaits the successful candidate.

The Package for Account Manager:

  • Basic: £36,000 to £47,000
  • Commission £12,000+ uncapped
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
  • Benefits: Generous pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
