Day to day responsibilities

* Working with customers/colleagues to find effective solutions

* Provision of an exceptional first and second line support service

* Updating and publishing documents on support topics for internal staff

* Providing support to external customers

* Dealing with internal software and hardware support across software, hardware and telephony

* Creating user accounts and dealing with password issues

What you need to apply

* Strong communication and analytical skills to be able to understand and explain technical issues to customers and get relevant information from the customer to solve the problem

* A commitment to providing high quality customer service

* Advanced knowledge and current experience in MS Project Server/Online, SharePoint Server/SharePoint Online, Project Professional and MS Office365

* Microsoft Azure

* Excellent knowledge and experience of Windows andnetworking as well as MS SQL Server and MS Dynamics 365

* Active Directory and security administration
