The job

As a Business Development Executive you’re the face of XLN – a brand ambassador who’s the first to meet our customers. You’ll be meeting small business owners every day, telling them about how we can reduce their bills – and why we’ve become the small business champion of Britain.

We offer an £18k basic, travel allowance and uncapped commission. You’ll also get 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays and Christmas bonus days. Additionally we offer a company smartphone, pension, childcare vouchers, health cash plan and much more besides.

You’ll need to be:

? A natural-born seller – someone with a proven track record in our market

In 2019, off the back of massive success in 2018, we are building the biggest field sales operation in the UK, and we always promote from within – so there are huge promotional opportunities. Our Business Development Executives earn £36K OTE and more, Team Leaders earn up to £44k OTE and Area Sales Managers earn £51k and beyond thanks to over-ridings.
