We are looking for a key player in our new Transformation programme (Better. Faster. Digital) offering creativity, change management and most importantly, keeping our people at the centre of everything we do.

This is a huge organisational programme of change and you will be joining at a really exciting period.

You will have the ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels, ensuring that they are on board when it comes to our digital journey. The kind of projects you will be involved in include designing and executing a compelling stakeholder engagement, building a comprehensive user-experience including supporting documentation and guidance and developing a staff ‘change network’.

We are looking for someone with strong project management skills, evidence of change management knowledge, creativity and an ability to see things and connect what’s happening from a user perspective. Collaboration is a core organisational capability that this role will need to both personally role model in their approach.

This role would suit someone with demonstrable experience within another Leadership Development/Organisational Development role, Change Management, Project Management or Internal Communications.

Flexible location with some travel to London, Peterborough or other locations around England (max 1-2 days per week). Although having the right skills and knowledge is important to us, it is also essential that you match our 5 values - Positive, Challenging, Caring, Inclusive and Trustworthy.

The role is initially on a fixed term basis until October 2020, however there may be a possibility of an extension or to be made permanent. This review will take place nearer the end of the contract.
