An outgoing and supportive school in Brent is looking for a great Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join their thriving school on a long-term and full-time basis. Therefore, the school are looking to adapt and grow their educational establishment to provide student’s with the best level of knowledge and expertise to advance their education further. Details of the role

* Specialism in ASD

* 1:1 and small group work with ASD students

* Mainstream Secondary School with Excellent Transport Links

* £65- £90 per day

* ASAP start-

* Long-term and Full-time

The role will also include providing support for students with special education needs within a mainstream classroom environment, using therapies to help with a child’s development in the classroom such as visual therapy and assisting with other students on days where a SEN pupil or pupils may not be in. Work times will be situated between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday to Friday (Times can vary depending on the school's schedule). The ideal candidate will also help the classroom teacher with activities such as small group work and helping with behaviour management within the classroom.
