This time around, we are on the lookout for a DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE so if you live and breathe digital marketing, you are all over lead pages and you have your SEO/SEM skills DOWN, then we are going to want to be hearing from you!
Harry Specters are based in Ely, Cambridgeshire and have the most wonderful Social Mission: To offer confidence and hope to young people with autism by providing employment and free training, enabling them to produce great products (such as their award-winning chocolates). In doing so, they aim to be a role model for "great product, great cause" for other businesses, individuals and entrepreneurs.
The role of Digital Marketing Executive is a brand new appointment; we are looking for someone that will develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, championing the Harry Specters brand, products and corporate and social messages.
Working with the marketing team, you will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and will support programmers and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
You’d be responsible for planning and executing all DM campaigns including SEO/SEM, database work, social media management, email marketing, display advertising and more besides. You’ll confidently measure and report performance findings of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals along the way.
You’ll have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and will be coming with proven working experience from a recent, similar digital marketing role. You’ll be confident in your ability to identify your target audience and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate accordingly.
As well as your experience in optimising landing pages, user funnels and knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments, we’d love it if your experience included website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.) and of setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
We're looking for someone with a highly creative yet commercial mind and entrepreneurial spirit.
You’ll be coming with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and you’ll be ALL OVER the Harry Specters mission and what they are all about. You’ll be happy working within a small team and will have strong communication skills.
