This Network Support role is office based but will require some travel to other sites within the surrounding areas. The ideal Network Support Engineer should have some commercial experience and be able to demonstrate technical skills and the ability to learn. This Network Support role will suit someone who has a background in 1st/2nd Line and Service Desk Support including desktop and helpdesk environment. Keys skills required: 1st/2nd line support Networking Active Directory Exchange Management Desktop support Hardware Windows DHCP/DNS TCP/IP Installing PC's/upgrading software The Network Support role will involve controlling, investigating and resolving technical issues, ensuring service is provided quickly and professionally. Desired Skills and certifications: Android/IOS DNS Windows Server Group Policy Any MS certifications. The suitable Support Engineer will have excellent organisation skills; work under pressure and to deadlines, customer care skills and sound knowledge of market tools and technologies.
